How do orders work?
Once you place an order, you must wait for the vendor to accept it. Orders are automatically finalized after:
* 14 days for international orders
* 7 days for domestic orders (Same Country to Same Country)
* Instantly for FinalizationEarly (FE) products.
Note: “Order cancelled” means the vendor refused or did not accept your order in time. “Order Transit” indicates the escrow has started and will auto-finalize after 14 days, though you can manually finalize if the product is received earlier.
How can I dispute orders?
If an order is in transit and delayed, you can freeze escrow by disputing it. A moderator will then assess and decide the outcome using their discretion.
Can I dispute finalized orders?
No, finalized orders cannot be disputed.
How can I recover my account?
To recover your account, open a support ticket containing your username and mnemonic. If they match our records, we will help recover your account; otherwise, it will be considered lost.
What’s mnemonic?
It’s a random sequence of 12 to 24 words generated at your first login. Save it securely, as it’s the only way to recover your account if needed.
How can I leave feedback?
Feedback can only be left on finalized orders.
